And his moveset has to be worth mentioning to. Its relics are also amazing, with the godly essence slot and the mask slot to give you both stamina regen and stamina drain thanks to Tetsuman's Mask. Its stats are earth-shattering with the highest power in the Metropolitan Era and an insane speed for an attacker, with a decent life that is good enough to keep you alive. that's pretty much the only con worth covering. 
Its trait is absolutely terrible, with the only thing of real value being SC: Precision which might be able to help you against annoying Bulwark monsters if you aren't already cleansed.
